With the hot shoe built in to the receiver unit, there is no need to buy or carry any cables, adapters or accessories.o Simple and reliable!o The package contains one transmitter (TX) and one receiver (RX) unit.o The receiver uses two standard AAA batteries and the transmitter uses one standard A23 (12V) battery that are easy to find at any grocery stores.o A23 battery is included. AAA batteries are not included. Included cables: 2.5mm sub-mini phone jack to PC cable; 3.5mm to 3.5mm phone cable; 3.5mm to 6.3mm adapter. o Compatible with Canon flashes. o Incompatible with Metz, Sigma, and Sunpak flashes made for Canon.
