Gitzo GS2511KB Series 2 Carbon 6x Low Level Column Kit – Replaces GS2510KB (Black)

The Gitzo GS2511KB Low Level Column Kit is a nice addition to your Gitzo tripod for doing ground level photography. This columns length is between the stock and very short column and gives the exact length for low level shooting with the legs at the widest position. Made of Gitzo's classic carbon fiber, this column is extremely light yet sturdy helping to absorb vibrations for maximum steadiness. This column also features the new extendable hook and safe lock upper disk. The disk and hook can be removed from the column and coupled to each other for using your tripod without a center column at all. This center column replaces the Gitzo GS2510KB.
