Trouble Shooting:

Q：The gimbal won't stabilize and would not hold my smart phone horizontal at all.
A：Ensure that you have charged the battery of the gimbal before operating it and then repeat step 2 of the quick start guide.Also ensure the the phone is fully slid in the holder or the gimabl will have issues achieving balance.
Q：My phone won't fit in the clamp？
A：Unfortunately. The device mount is probably not compatible with your smartphone，please contact your seller.
Q：I can't see any picture on my smart phone's screen
A：First please make sure that you turn on the camera of your smart phone and then check that it is installed in the correct orientation.Please refer to step 2 of the quick start start guide.
Q：How long can it last？
A： Normally the battery can last for 3 hours
