This CowboyStudio flash mount kit is perfect for shooting with Speedlights.

The adapter provides you with full control for the positioning your flash using the easy to adjust wingnuts. With the built-in umbrella holder at the base, you can have portable studio lighting without the hassle.

The umbrella is a great addition to your studio setup and works well to diffuse the light from any flash. The Silver reflective umbrella features a silver interior surface which provides a soft, but highly efficient bounced light source.
