The Wasabi Power FV50 battery replaces the Sony V Series NP-FV30 and NP-FV50 battery pack. The NP-FV30 and NP-FV50 are part of the V Series battery packs which also includes the NP-FV70 and NP-FV100. The Wasabi Power FV50 features 1200mAh which provides a longer run-time between charges. It is made with premium Japanese cells to provide maximum battery life and also comes with a 3-year manufacturer warranty. Additionally, the Wasabi Power FV50 comes fully decoded, so it will display the remaining battery life and usage time and is completely compatible with all Sony original equipment including the Sony charger.
