After loading your 100 foot roll of 35mm film into this Watson Bulk film loader in the dark, the lights can be turned on and the empty cartridges can be loaded in the light. This bulk film loader accepts 100 foot rolls of 35mm film. The indexed dial shows how many frames have been wound into the film cartridge and the light tight interlock prevents film from getting scratched and fogged.
